9:55 AM – 10:15 AM: “Empowering Healthy Living” – Mental Health Speaker – Jay Hancock
> Discussion about why mental health is important, and tools on how to take care of our needs and communicate effectively, ultimately promoting healthy living.
10:15 AM – 11:25 AM: Art Therapy – Led by Jenne Newman
> Includes an Art Therapy Project as a way to express yourself through creativity, and breakout room discussions about what you created.
11:25 AM – 11:30 AM: Closing
