Ticket Prices

  • Ages 13+: $35
  • Ages 3-12: $20
  • Ages 0-2: Free

Dinner Menu

This year’s buffet dinner features oven roasted turkey, oven roasted potatoes, salads, platters, and dessert.

A vegetarian option of cavatappi pasta is available upon request. This option is dairy-free but not gluten-free.

The buffet will include some gluten-free and dairy-free options. Guests who are concerned about cross-contamination or require a dedicated gluten-free meal may request a specially prepared plated dinner in advance.

The plated gluten-free meal includes:

  • Tossed salad with oil and vinegar on the side
  • Plain chicken breast
  • Steamed vegetables
  • Plain potatoes
  • Sorbet for dessert

Please indicate any dietary restrictions, food allergies, and plated meal requests during registration. Requests for plated meals must be made before registration closes.

Hotel Accommodations

A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved at the Glenmore Inn for gala attendees.

To book a room, please contact the Glenmore Inn directly and let them know you are attending the Ups & Downs End of Year Gala on November 14, 2026.

The hotel room block will be released on October 14, 2026, so we encourage anyone requiring accommodations to book early.

In keeping with our mission to celebrate and enrich the lives of individuals with Down syndrome, this is an alcohol-free event to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

This is a celebration of our community. Come as you are! Whether you love dressing up or prefer to keep it casual, you’re welcome.

This is a family event, and members of all ages are welcome.

Registration Information

Registration closes at 12:00 PM (Noon) on November 4, 2026.

Space is limited and the gala sold out last year. Late registrations cannot be accommodated, so we encourage families to register early.
