A few key words stand out: individuals and community; advocate; inclusion; learning; health; enrich; and experiences. In alliance with a variety of program providers, Ups and Downs promotes the inclusion, health, and learning of individuals with Down syndrome.
Our quarterly newsletter highlights all of our events and includes members’ articles. Our Facebook group lets families and professionals network and share ideas and viewpoints. Our more than 60 events per year provide opportunity for families and self-advocates to come together in community and to learn from each other.
Through a variety of means, Ups and Downs works to support community, inclusion, and individuals who have Down syndrome.
