Advanced Cooking Series – Mondays in January (4-week hands-on masterclass, 6:00–8:00 pm) January 5, 12, 19 & 26

Elevate your kitchen game with restaurant-level dishes you’ll actually want to eat and show off. Designed for those who already know their way around a knife and want next-level skills.

  • Week 1 – Flaky Potato & Leek Galette + classic Greek salad
  • Week 2 – From-scratch Enchiladas (red & verde) + perfect Mexican rice
  • Week 3 – Italian Wedding Soup with homemade mini meatballs + real Caesar salad
  • Week 4 – Stunning Puff-Pastry Apple Roses

Each night you’ll learn real skills (chopping, sautéing, rolling, baking) while making a full dinner to enjoy in class. Leave with simple, tasty recipes you can recreate at home anytime.

Participants can attend on their own! The classes are structured for independent learning, but families may choose to send an aide if that works best for them.
