Join us as we learn classic Jazz movement, with an emphasis on accessibility, and blend in costume and character work to create the full experience.
Throughout the session, we will explore Jazz dance movements in ways that allow them to feel great in YOUR body! By inviting costume pieces into our exploration, we can discover ways to enhance those moves AND build character creation. You are invited to come play in the world of Jazz!
Participants can bring different costume pieces for certain weeks (for example, bring a scarf or flowy fabric one week – we will let you know ahead of time so you can prepare!), and/or can use those brought by the instructor.
* This is a 4-week workshop and it will be in-person at the St Andrews Church. The event will be provided by qualified Dancers from Blissful Dance.
