Its time for a ride! Come sweat with us on April 30th at 12 p.m.

This is a 50 min class will be suitable for all levels, so if you are new to cycling no worries, we will be having fun!

Participants should wear comfy athletic type of clothes and bring a water bottle. The spin shoes and towels are provided, so please arrive 20-15 min before the class to get all your equipment together.

We will be providing some light lunch and drinks to all participants, so you don’t leave hungry.
