Freebird Music – Music & Movement Morning
Join us for a fun and musical morning with Christina from Freebird Music Studios! This engaging music and movement session is designed for children ages 0–6 and their families.
Participants will enjoy a 45‑minute interactive session featuring songs, gross motor activities, and fun props like scarves, shakers, and musical instruments. After the session, families are invited to stay and connect with other Ups & Downs families in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Christina is a trained vocalist with nearly 30 years of experience in violin and piano and has been teaching and leading early childhood music programs for over a decade. Her sessions are playful, inclusive, and perfect for little ones who love to move and explore music.
