Discover the joy of crafting these beloved Eastern European dumplings from scratch. You’ll mix and roll tender dough, prepare classic potato-cheddar filling (plus creative twists!), expertly pinch each perogy to perfection, and learn boiling and pan-frying techniques for that irresistible crispy edge. Topped with bacon, onions, sauerkraut and green onions for the perfect perogy dish with plenty to take home.

Participants can attend on their own! The classes are structured for independent learning, but families may choose to send an aide if that works best for them.
